Our journey

From a first pilot to 2000+ institutes

Two engineers started an ERP firm with a focus on digitising schools. The first pilot ran in 10 schools in Banaskantha, Gujarat, and became a permanent installation. The state government recognised the work in its districts.

SMS came next, so schools and parents could communicate. The first installation outside Gujarat was a web-based system in Pune. Since then the same platform has trained more than 25,000 school professionals and reached a global set of clients.

The product is incomplete without deployment. A business-process review looks at current workflow, gaps, and the reports management expects. An implementation lead then plans configuration, reviews, and change requests.

Training is hands-on: new-user sessions, how-to classes for entering data and running reports, train-the-trainer, and module-specific training. Support after purchase uses a layered help desk and an online token so a query has a status.

Onsite, chat, or remote: Training matches how the institute can attend.
